The Standardized Care to Improve Outcomes in Pediatric Endstage Renal Disease (SCOPE) collaborative prevents infections in pediatric peritoneal dialysis and hemodialysis patients using large-scale collaboration to identify and spread effective interventions across pediatric care settings.
The information has been put together with the help of concerned dialysis staff members, infection experts, and a hemodialysis patient. The aim of these tools is to educate and empower patients ato speak up if they see something that may cause an infection. We are sharing it with the permission of ESRD Network 15.
